What's the hourly rate?

$24 per hour for recurring weekly or bi-weekly cleans, $27 per hour for one-off sessions. The recurring rate reflects the fact that a regular helper gets familiar with your home over time and works more efficiently in it.

How much notice do I need to reschedule or cancel?

At least 24 hours. This gives the helper time to fill the slot with another booking. Last-minute changes are occasionally possible depending on the helper's schedule, but not guaranteed.

Will I get the same helper every week?

Yes — once you're set up with a regular helper, they stay with you. If your helper is on leave, we'll offer a temporary replacement so your schedule isn't disrupted. You can request to keep or change your regular helper at any time.

Can I do bi-weekly instead of weekly?

Yes. Bi-weekly sessions are charged at the same $24 per hour recurring rate. Most homes that don't need weekly maintenance do well on a bi-weekly schedule with a slightly longer session.

What's the difference between the recurring rate and the one-off rate?

The recurring rate ($24/hr) applies when you book a regular weekly or bi-weekly slot. The one-off rate ($27/hr) applies to single sessions with no commitment. If you start with a one-off and decide to go recurring, we'll switch you to the recurring rate from the next session onward.

Do I need to be home during the session?

Not at all — most customers aren't. You can leave a key with your concierge, use a lockbox, or let the helper in at the start and head out. Helpers are vetted before joining the roster and covered by insurance during the session.
