For move in/out, post-renovation, and spring cleaning sessions, Beck & Call brings the specialist equipment and products the job needs. If you'd prefer us to bring supplies for a recurring clean, message us and we'll arrange it.

Can I request a specific helper?

Yes. Recurring customers are matched to one helper who stays with them ongoing — same helper, every week. For one-off bookings, you can request a specific helper from our team subject to their availability that week.

Yes. Every helper on the Beck & Call roster is covered by insurance for the duration of the session. If something is damaged during a clean, message us and we'll work with you to make it right.

Which areas in Singapore do you cover?

All of Singapore — HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties, islandwide. No area surcharges.

WhatsApp is the only way to book. Send us one message telling us what you need, and the first session can usually be scheduled within the same week.

What if I'm not happy with the session?

Message us within 24 hours of the session. Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a return visit to address what was missed, a partial refund, or a different helper for your next session. We'd rather fix it than lose your trust.
